Shri. R.V.Deshpande, Chairman
A visionary leader is known for his dynamism. He is a Law Graduate and a social worker and served as Cabinet Minister handling different portfolios. He was Industrial Minister for almost a decade. It was he who streamlined the Industrial policy of the state. It was again at his farsighted initiative that the mega event of Global Investor’s Meet in Bangalore saw a phenomenal and TATA’s to start the manufacturing units in the state of Karnataka, is also his great achievement.

Smt. Radha Deshpande
The wife of Shri R.V.Deshpande, Chairman, she is one of the strong support of the Trust and is actively involved with Trust activities, especially development of woman and children in and around Haliyal Taluk.

Shri Prasad Deshpande
The elder son of Shri R.V.Deshpande, Prasad is an MBA and soft-spoken gentlemen. He is an entrepreneur based in Bangalore, associated and engaged in multifaceted business endeavors. Besides contributing to the Trust activities he heads the Governing Council of Trust’s sponsored Deshpande – RUDSETI as the President.

Shri Prashant Deshpande
The younger son of Shri R.V. Deshpande, Prashanth is the product of NLSIU and Harvard University and a vibrant personality. He worked at the New York Offices of White & Case a pre-eminent U.S. law firm (2001-2003); AZB & Partners, India’s pre-eminent law firm (2003-2004) prior to starting own entrepreneurial ventures in law and renewable energy.  He is also the President of the Smt. Vimalabai V. Deshpande School of excellence, CBSE School in Haliyal.
